I never carry business messages or proposals, I present them. Think of yourself as a prominent diplomat with a message that must be presented carefully, dress up an offer by putting it in writing.

Whenever you are uncertain, do nothing … take time to think … Stop worrying about your next deal. Help and serve people with all your heart. How can I serve? How can I be of service to more and more people…. What else can I do? Honor your strengths and make good use of them in business. Make it delicious!
